We are entitled to refuse any order place by you but will of course refund any monies collected.
we will notify you either by telephone, in writing, or by online confirmation. If we accept your order and acceptance will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when we make that communication to you. Such acceptance remains subject to the condition that Products are available that have been selected by you until such time as Products have been issued to you.
No order will be accepted until we have received payment of the whole of the price of the Products you order.

PRICE AND DISPATCH
Products will normally be dispatched to the address given by you when you place your order unless you have chosen to come and collect your product(s) from our showroom at 27 lower street, Stansted, Essex. In this case, you must come and collect these products within seven days, or contact us to give us a specific date of collection.
All products are dispatched using either our dedicated delivery team, courier and via pallet shipping depending on location and cubic weight.
Once you have received your Products you should check them and inform us of any errors or faults within 7 working days.
DESCRIPTION OF SALES
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All Products are non-refundable, non exchangeable and non - transferable. However in the unlikely event of a product being out of stock or discontinued we will notify you on reciept of the order in order as to when the product will be back in stock. You will have the option to wait for this or to cancel your order. and recieve a refund of the face value of Product(s).
LIABILITY
No liability is accepted in relation to the Products advertised or sold by us as agents for a Third party or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that Third party.
We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our web site.
